Payment
Citatshirts.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. You can also pay via MobilePay Online.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be debited from your card when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

Shipping
Citatshirts.dk delivers on all weekdays - Shipping costs from DKK 39.-
All items are delivered with DPD/Postnord/DHL express or GLS. It is not yet possible to choose which company to use. This depends on several factors such as the product and who produces it (us or a partner) The delivery time is approximately between 8 and 10 WORKING days. However, it is often much faster. All items are only made upon order/payment
International delivery
We also deliver abroad and note that our prices and delivery times change when you order internationally. Below you can see how our prices and international delivery are linked.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@printbyorder.dk, or use the standard withdrawal form. You can find it here.
IMPORTANT INFO! We charge a restocking fee of DKK 29.-
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
IMPORTANT INFO! For custom-made products, specifically for you (the customer), there is no right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot get your money back. However, there may be some cases where, against a cancellation fee, which is between 25% and 60% of the purchase price, we can cancel the order. However, it will not always be possible and the percentage rate depends on how custom-made the item is. However, we will go as far as possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. The reason why we normally cannot refund custom-made products is that we usually cannot sell the item again, as it is specific/unique to you (the customer)
Partial cancellation of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. You can optionally purchase a return label here. Citatshirts.dk may, by prior agreement, choose to pay for the return. But only by prior agreement
No right of withdrawal
Delivery of goods manufactured to your specifications or with a clear personal touch cannot be cancelled.
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a different way than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and function of the item, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right to complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in secure packaging. Remember to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.
The personal data is registered with Citatshirts.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data controller at printbyorder.dk is PrintByOrder.dk.
You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we used it.
