Payment
Citatshirts.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. You can also pay via MobilePay Online.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.
We also offer the option to pay with Viabill.
Freight
Citatshirts.dk delivers on all weekdays - Shipping costs from 39.-
All items are delivered with DPD/Postnord/DHL express or GLS. It is not yet possible to choose which company you want to use. It depends on several factors such as which product and who produces it (us or a partner). The delivery time is approximately between 8 and 10 HVER days. However, it is usually much faster. All items are only made upon order/payment

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@printbyorder.dk , or use the standard cancellation form. You can find it here .
IMPORTANT INFO! We charge a refill fee of 29.-
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
IMPORTANT INFO! For custom-made products, specifically for you (the customer), there is no right of withdrawal. This means that you cannot get your money back. However, there may be some cases where we can cancel the order against a cancellation fee, which is between 25% and 60% of the purchase price. However, this will not always be possible and the % rate depends on how custom-made the product is. However, we will go as far as possible to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The reason why we cannot normally refund custom-made products is that we cannot usually sell the product again, as it is specific/unique to you (the customer).
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. You can purchase a return label here . Citatshirts.dk can, by prior agreement, choose to pay for the return. But only by prior agreement
No right of withdrawal
Delivery of goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch cannot be cancelled.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered at Citatshirts.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
